Chef Steven Bernstein joined Enchantment Resort as Executive Chef in December 2001, bringing his experience from a storied career in the luxury resort and signature fine dining business. He oversees the creation of menus, food preparation and production in the resort's three dining experiences: Yavapai Restaurant which won the AAA Four Diamond Award for 2006, Tii Gavo, and Mii amo Cafe. He also supervises banquet, catering and room service functions, and all culinary personnel.
